Speaking
We routinely serve in the role of keynote speaker, featured speaker, and panelist to deliver one hour motivational awareness and two hour educational awareness programs. Our speaking services are delivered in-house within one specific organization and for gatherings of multiple organizations such as conferences.
Consulting
We can assist clients with substantial problem resolution services through a consulting relationship that is designed to effect positive change by modifying systems, processes, and behaviors. The consulting relationship is tailored to your circumstances, such as the depth and breadth of your need, the available human capital within your organization, your budget, and the degree to which an objective, outside perspective will prove useful. Therefore, we can tailor our working relationship to be short or long term and project-based or retainer-based.
The project-based consulting services of James T. Harris IllumiNation utilize a methodical process approach of:

Our retainer-based consulting services provide you with priority access to us on an “on call” basis to provide advice and remedial services that allow you to address problems or opportunities that arise without notice. In this working relationship we function as a member of your executive team on a peer basis to candidly share advice after assessing your situation.
