Mission

James T. Harris IllumiNation exists to recalibrate organizations and their people to operate at their highest and best use.

Our passion is to face a client’s challenges head on, saying what others do not want to say out loud, and embracing change for a better future that is attainable through positive solutions. We practice the virtues of discretion and tastefulness, but we do not “dance around the issues.” Our passion is to walk into the room and converse with the 800 pound gorilla who is sitting there – in the midst of others who pretend to not notice him.
