Marty Blubaugh is a strategist by nature, operating with a visionary eye and a process-oriented mind that leverages his core competencies in organizational development, leadership, and communication. The dominant theme that permeates Marty’s unique 24 year career is to serve as an agent of change – with a passion to see organizations and their people operating to their highest and best use.

Mr. Blubaugh’s career began with the E & J Gallo Winery in marketing. The next 16 years were in leadership positions in the private, public, and academic sectors with economic development and business development organizations to facilitate the growth of client companies. His responsibilities evolved to include public policy development, government relations, and media relations.

Marty is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder with a double major in finance and international business. Subsequently he has participated in numerous specialized education programs, at institutions such as the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, the University of Wisconsin, the University of Oklahoma, and the National Development Council based in Washington, D.C. An Iowa native, Marty has also lived in Kentucky, Georgia, and Texas.
